This question is the heart of our mission. In a world where mental health support is often difficult to access, we wanted to create a safe, private, and practical space for learning and growth. We believe that by providing high-quality, free mental health resources, we can help fill a crucial gap and empower people to navigate the challenges of life with more skill and confidence.

- Free for Everyone, Forever: PsychKit is a non-profit initiative by Joyful Psych. We are committed to keeping our tools and resources completely free, without ads or subscriptions.
- Science-Backed and Evidence-Based: Our tools are not based on passing fads. They are built on the solid foundations of proven therapeutic models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
- Completely Private and Secure: Your privacy is sacred. We do not require accounts, we do not store your personal data, and we do not track your results. All calculations and interactions happen directly in your browser on your device.
