PRASHAST is a school screening tool from NCERT. Part 1 is for regular teachers at first level. Part 2 is for special educators, counsellors, or school heads to validate and prepare referrals. Use the official booklet for items. Certification and diagnosis rest with notified Medical Boards as per RPwD Act 2016.
