PsychKit™ Savor Sprint
Theory: Savoring
Savoring is the act of noticing and appreciating positive experiences. It’s about slowing down to “soak in” the good. This exercise is a “scavenger hunt” to find “micro-moments” of positivity that we often overlook.
By pausing to reflect on these moments (e.g., the taste of coffee, a kind text, a beautiful color), you are training your brain to notice and amplify positivity, which is strongly linked to higher well-being and lower stress.
